We are currently working on updating the Practical Guide to Intellectual Property Contracts and Contractual Clauses, if you’re already a user, please provide us with feedback!
On 9 November 2020, the Federal Public Service Economy, SMEs, and Energy published on its website a Practical Guide to contracts and contractual clauses relating to intellectual property law, which can be accessed free of charge.
We are currently working on updating the Guide. As part of this, we have decided to initially conduct a satisfaction survey among the users of the Guide.
