Pauline specialises in employment law.  Her practice covers all aspects of individual and collective employment law, “from hiring to firing” with a particular focus on services relating to HR transformation and the employment aspects of corporate transactions (reorganisation, mass redundancies and company closures, transfers (of parts of) companies, outsourcing operations, etc.), including the management of collective disputes and strikes.

Pauline also has extensive expertise in complex compensation and benefits issues including the tax and social security treatment of benefits, as well as international mobility issues. For over 10 years, she has been advising domestic and multinational companies in various sectors, including the public sector, about these issues, and regularly represents them in court.
