Thomas Gellaerts assists Belgian and international clients with a wide variety of Employment law issues. He specialises in various aspects of individual and collective labour law as well as social security law.

Prior to joining Altius, Thomas worked for a Belgian law firm where he gained experience in the Employment field. Thomas has done several internships in Belgian law firms, always with a focus on Employment law.
