Vera specialises in Real Estate and Regulatory matters. In particular, she assists clients in matters relating to real estate law, including the drafting of various types of contracts (ordinary and commercial lease agreements, cooperation agreements, etc.) and administrative law, including matters relating to environmental law, urban planning and public procurement.
She also has experience in litigation before the Constitutional Court, the Council of State and the ordinary courts.
Vera has a Master of Laws from the Universiteit Gent and participated in the Erasmus Belgica programme at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Vera also obtained a specialised degree in Environmental and Real Estate law at the Université Saint-Louis.
