Mathieu regularly advises on: distribution law; trade practices and consumer protection; e-commerce; privacy and data protection; electronic communications and other general commercial law. He has experience in drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts and assists clients in the negotiation, litigation and resolution of contractual, commercial and ICT issues.
Mathieu has also a focus on liability matters by handling product liability claims in various areas – such as industrial goods, consumer goods, automotive, etc. – and assisting clients in product recall operations.
