Louis-Dorsan specialises in commercial and ICT law. In particular, he advises and litigates in the fields of data protection, consumer protection, market practices, peer-to-peer services, and ISP liability. He also has a strong background in entrepreneurship.
Louis-Dorsan graduated from the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (Lic. Juris, 2009) and from the Université Saint-Louis de Bruxelles (Bac. Philosophy, 2010). In 2009, he took part in an exchange programme at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid.
He speaks at various seminars related to ICT law.
Louis-Dorsan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
