Bart Willems specialises in real estate law and regulatory issues. He assists clients in matters such as construction, lease agreements, property transactions (both share deals and asset deals), public procurement, urban planning and environmental law.

During his studies, he participated in the 15th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition.
